Impellers we design ourselves

Four blade geometries, each for a different duty: deep-tank jet circulation, rag resistance, energy-efficient bulk flow, heavy solids suspension. Not catalogue parts fitted to a tank — part of the process design.

Draft-tube systems, sized per project

Floc is heavier than water, so keeping it suspended is a hydraulic problem, not a mixing-power problem. A draft-tube system matched to the tank raised impeller pumping capacity by 16% in transient CFD against a conventional arrangement.

Real retention time, not nominal

Bottom inlet and top outlet does not by itself prevent short-circuiting. Each tank gets its own flow-guiding arrangement so the water actually spends the design time in the tank and the chemistry has time to work.
